I did not see anything in the EULA that allows installation on more than one device. I'm in the same situation as the original poster. I had Office installed on both my home desktop computer and Windows tablet. I wish Microsoft would at least allow us to purchase multiple licenses at the HUP price so I could keep both devices up to date.
